We are thrilled to share the impactful role KiNNO has played in advancing green digitalization through the “Computing Power Goes Green” (GO_GREEN) project.
About the GO GREEN Project:
The GO GREEN project is dedicated to promoting sustainable digitalization by integrating eco-friendly practices into the digital transformation process. The project aims to reduce the environmental impact of digital technologies, ensuring a greener future for our planet.
KiNNO supported the Region of Western Macedonia in the project, by:
- Developing a comprehensive Green Digitalization Action Plan, incorporating key indicators and transition stages towards a sustainable digital future.
- Establishing a set of best practices and green indicators for assessing and classifying digitalization investments.
- Crafting a Green Digitalization Roadmap to guide our journey towards a greener digital landscape.
- Creating a framework for Green Digital Certification, along with grant procedures to support eco-friendly digital initiatives.
Our efforts were aimed at ensuring a sustainable digital transformation, promoting eco-friendly practices, and achieving milestones that pave the way for a greener future.
