Quality Policy
KiNNO INNOVATION INTERMEDIARIES, established in 2007 in Athens, provides Technology and Innovation Consulting in the fields of Technology Transfer, Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Regional Development. The company has significant experience in European Programs and its main focus is the provision of competitive and innovative services, emphasizing on the quality of the services and the interested parts’ satisfaction.
In order to achieve the aforementioned targets, KiNNO INNOVATION INTERMEDIARIES, has developed a Quality Management System (QMS) according to the requirements of the international Standard ISO 9001:2015 that governs all its processes.
The QMS is designed and applied according to the following principles:
√ To be the main mechanism for the improvement of the company’s organization and operation;
√ To improve the quality of its services;
√ To ensure and improve its customer’s satisfaction by providing tailor-made services to their needs;
√ To ensure its employees are adequately trained to the best possible level;
KiNNO INNOVATION INTERMEDIARIES is committed to comply with the requirements (legal and/or customer and interested parts specifications), with the proper communication and to continually improve the effectiveness of its QMS.
The Management raises a number of quality targets that address the full range of the company’s services and have a main goal to improve their quality. During the yearly Management Review, the Management evaluates the achievement of the targets and sets new ones for the next year.
The application of the Quality Management System is mandatory for all the company’s employees and its associates.
The QMS is reviewed regularly in order to achieve its continuous improvement and the improvement of its effectiveness and suitability.
The Quality Policy of KiNNO INNOVATION INTERMEDIARIES is readily available to all concerned parties. The content of the Quality Policy is reviewed annually for its suitability.
