Yiannis GERAGOTELLIS

MANAGING PARTNER & FOUNDER

Yiannis completed his studies on the field of Informatics in the Athens University of Economics and Business in 1993; got his Master in Science Degree on Technology and Innovation Management at the University of Sussex/SPRU (UK), while he follows executive courses on Strategy and Innovation at MIT (USA). He is Founder and Managing Partner of KiNNO and works as a Strategic Innovation consultant. His working experience prior of founding KiNNO includes posts ranging from Project Manager of R&D projects, business consultant and corporate executive in multinational Telecoms. Yiannis has significant experience in design and management of projects related to innovation competencies, technology transfer, research exploitation and business development. He has been working in developing Knowledge & Technology Transfer Activities, creating & supporting Transnational Knowledge Networks, building linkages between Business & Research actors and in various dissemination activities in EU and other Mediterranean countries. Furthermore, he has gained significant experience from international bilateral projects implemented in South Africa, Latin America and North Africa on regional innovation systems, knowledge transfer and market uptake of research results. His experience includes among other, provision of mentoring, coaching and capacity building services to researchers, startups, entrepreneurs and executives in sectors such as agro-food, energy, environment, transport, maritime and ICT.

Efi MPAKOGIANNI

CONSULTANT AND BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE OFFICER

Efi completed her undergraduate studies on the field of Management Science and Technology, stream: Supply Chain and Sales Management in the Athens University of Economics and Business while she received her Master Degree in Business Administration and Total Quality Management from the University of Piraeus. Before entering KiNNO she has been working for Hellenic Organization of Telecommunications, TIM Hellas Telecommunications company and General Mills Hellas. She is currently employed as an Innovation Consultant at KiNNO Consultants Ltd. (KiNNO) with main focus on Innovation and Knowledge Transfer. Efi has professional experience in the management of European Funded programmes and in the implementation of sector-based studies in the fields of agro-food, energy and environment. In addition, she in charge of the Business Intelligence operation of KiNNO Consultants Ltd.

Angelos NOULAS

STRATEGY & INVESTMENT ADVISOR

Angelos has a back round in Computer Science from the University of Darmstadt, Germany complemented with knowledge in Communication Technologies and a Masters degree in Business Administration. Angelos is an accomplished professional bringing over 27 years of experience across diverse industries. Successfully manage projects and entities by applying holistic, innovative and inspiring multicultural thinking and acting in both national and international operations. Skilled at engaging people, partnering with cross-functional/senior management teams, ensure continuous progress towards corporate goals, undertaking new challenges and building / maintaining positive relationships. Angelos is a successful Strategy and Investment Advisor demonstrating multi-project management skills with collaborative attitude in planning, organizing and delivering results. He has been collaborating with KiNNO on the design of corporate strategic direction for StartUps and SMEs, facilitation of fund raising and advisory of Entrepreneurs and Innovators throughout the Corporate Business Development Process.

Stamatis MITROPOULOS

BUSINESS ANALYST

Stamatis works as a Business Innovation Consultant at KiNNO Innovation Intermediaries and he is specialized in topics related to Green & Circular Economy, as well as Sustainable Energy & Innovation. He conducts economic studies that concern: (i) the preparation of comparative evaluation reports for innovation applications, and (ii) the provision of innovation services in order to enhance entrepreneurship of SMEs and Startups. Through Business Plans, Business Models, Feasibility Studies, and Exploitation Plans, SMEs and Startup are supported in order to bring their new innovative products/services to the market. Stamatis also provides consulting services on finance, management, and project implementation with emphasis on innovation and technology transfer. Through these consulting services, SMEs and Startups are supported in their scale-up and matchmaking processes. Finally, Stamatis operates as a Business Developer for EIT InnoEnergy HUB Greece & Cyprus. He identifies, develops and supports promising ideas, new businesses and entrepreneurs of the EIT InnoEnergy Ecosystem by coordinating and monitoring supported start-ups and by promoting the portfolio of EIT InnoEnergy to potential investors. Additionally, he supports the pre-acceleration of start-up businesses. Stamatis has graduated from the Department of Economics of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, while he also holds an MSc in Economics from the University of Edinburgh, and a PhD in Economics from the University

Anastasia SAKKOULA

INNOVATION CONSULTANT

Anastasia studied at the Department of Management Science and Technology (DMST), at Athens University of Economics and Business, stream: Strategy, Entrepreneurship and Human Resources. She is currently employed as an Innovation Consultant at KiNNO Innovation Intermediaries, with primary focus on the management and implementation of European-funded transnational projects (ENI CBC MED, INTERREG MED, INTERREG BALKANMED, H2020, ERASMUS, etc) in sectors such as sustainable tourism, agrifood, digital entrepreneurship, open innovation, CCIs, green/blue growth and other. She supports the development and design of European proposals and elaborates studies, roadmaps, action plans, tools and innovation methodologies to support entrepreneurs develop their ideas into successful businesses.

Marili Sotiriou

JUNIOR INNOVATION ANALYST

MSc at Naval and Ocean Technology at National Technical University of Athens, MSc in Environmental Protection and Management at the University of Edinburgh. Graduate of the Department of Physics at National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Skills gained through studies consist of critical thinking, analytical though process, research competency and computer ability (Microsoft Office, Matlab, ArcGIS, SPSS). Erasmus+ traineeship at Cathelco Limited Marine House, in Chesterfield, England, focusing on the environmental research and legislative tasks in a large marine industry. Fluency in Greek (native language), English and French, and basic knowledge of Spanish. Professional background includes back office and customer service experience. Currently working at KiNNO Innovation Intermediaries, as Junior Innovation Analyst. Roles undertaken consist of Business Analysis, Market Analysis and Research for innovative technologies, as well as Business models implementation and IP rights strategy plans. Willing to relocate and travel for business.

Eleftheria STAVROU

ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

Ms. Eleftheria Stavrou completed her studies in Balkan, Slavic and Oriental Studies at the University of Macedonia, School of Economics and Regional Studies. She is currently working as an Administrative Officer for KiNNO INNOVATION INTERMEDIARIES, supporting a number of National and Eu-funded projects related to energy policy making, innovation, technology & research exploitation, business development and knowledge, technology transfer and sustainability in energy sector. She has gained experience in administration and organization of projects. She has developed skills in the field of project reporting. Finally, her experience includes networking at national, regional and international levels by getting involved in collaborative transnational networks for innovative systems for investors, industry contacts, startups, academics. Her previous working experience shows a wide variety of roles, with a proven path of working in the market research and data analysis industry, such as Client Sales & Customer Engagement Executive, in “PANMEDIA Research”, Market Research & Data Analysis - Research Executive in “METRON ANALYSIS SA”. Eleftheria has been working as an administrative officer.

Maria MONANTEROU

FINANCIAL OFFICER

Maria studied in the department of Statistics and Insurance Science of the University of Piraeus. Since the beginning of her career, she chose the financial sector. Having worked in several industries, she is accustomed to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast paced, deadline driven environments and is able to work effectively alongside individuals from diverse backgrounds. Currently working at KiNNO Innovation Intermediaries, as Project Financial Coordinator. She is responsible for the financial management of EU and National innovation projects (Horizon Europe, ENI, COSME, Erasmus+, Interreg, GSRI), the preparation of project financial reports, the auditing process preparation, the planning, allocating and reporting appropriately the resources and related costs, the monitoring of budget of EU grants, national grants and service contracts & supporting the preparation of grant agreements and amendments. Previous experience encolse the position of Chief Financial Officer at AGGELOS PEPPAS S.A., Financial Manager at G.
