Kavala, National Seminar 'Exploiting Opportunities for Local Development'

KiNNO Consultants Ltd. participated in a National Seminar entitled “Development of the administrative capacity of public and private actors on the exploitation and management of cultural heritage” which was held in Kavala, Greece, on the 29th of July 2011 by the Region of East Macedonia and Thrace.

The seminar was held within the framework of the European project “CHORD - Cultural Heritage: Exploiting Opportunities for Rural Development” started with the welcoming of the Deputy Head for Tourism and Culture of the East Macedonia and Thrace Region who also gave a short description on CHORD Project and its benefits to the Region.

In continuation, Mrs. Anika Drandaki, from KiNNO Consultants Ltd., being External Collaborator of ENA Chios SA, made a presentation on the Company and the activities that have taken place within the framework of the project as well as on the main cultural hubs and traditions of Chios Island of Greece. Finally, a presentation entitled “Digital Entrepreneurship: the case of Cultural Industries” was also given.
